Q: What's the material of the jewelry?

A: We have zinc alloy and stainless steel jewelry, all of them are without nickle & lead.

    Stainless steel products will not rust or fade.

Please look though the product details between making orders.

Q: How long will you send the orders?

A: We usually send orders in 1-2 days. If product doesn't have enough stock, we need about 7           days to produce.

Q: Can I do customize with my own designs?

A: Yes. We can produce customized jewelry but only use stainless steel. Please send us your               designs with clear pictures, and tell us your requirements.

Process time of customized order is about 7-10 days.

Q: Do you do dropshipping and wholesale?

A: Yes. We do dropshipping and wholesale. We will not put any other informations in parcel. If you     want to order in wholesale, please contact us to get discount.

Return & Refund

Quality Problem:

We will check carefully before sending, however some of then may get damaged during the transit.

If you find any quality problem, please contact us within 15 days after receipt. We will resend you a new products ir refund your payment.

Other Reasons:

If you don't like the products or simply want to return, please contact us within 15 days after receipt. Please keep the products in the original condition and pay the shipping cost by yourself, we will fully refund after receive the returned products.
